Our History
Zenobia Construction was founded in 2015, born from a vision to deliver quality construction services across South Africa — from the heart of Gauteng to the scenic landscapes of the Western Cape. Our journey began with a series of successful construction projects in Pretoria and Johannesburg. As our reputation for delivering top-quality projects grew, our clients entrusted us with new opportunities further afield, leading us to expand our footprint into the picturesque towns of Robertson and Durbanville in the Western Cape.
Along the way, we built not only residential and commercial buildings, but also strong relationships with our clients, architects, engineers and industry partners.
Our founder, Heine Pelzer, discovered his passion for building at a young age, spending school holidays in De Aar with his father, who worked on large construction projects. Inspired by those early experiences, Heine embarked on a bold journey abroad to broaden his horizons, where he honed his skills, embraced leadership roles, and learned the true value of teamwork. When the time was right, he returned home to South Africa, eager to channel his experience and passion into the local construction industry.
Since then, Zenobia Construction has steadily grown, earning the trust of clients through dedication, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. Our construction team has successfully completed a wide range of projects, from commercial buildings to bespoke residential homes and carefully crafted additions. Today, with a national footprint, we remain committed to delivering exceptional results, upholding our values of integrity, quality, and expectations that have guided us from the very beginning.
